Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The item has a manufacturer’s defect.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Before returning a product, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]  to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Package Your Item – Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or installed.

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items without a valid RA number.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
