How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and resaon for return.

  3. Follow the return instructions that will be email replied to you.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

  • For defective or damaged products, contact us immediately upon delivery for expedited support.

  • If you need more time due to unique circumstances, please contact our support team - we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when we made the error.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original packing, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number/email).

Exchanges

If you want an exchange (different color or model):

  • Initiate a return and reorder your desired item.

  • If available, we may offer a direct exchange instead of a refund; email support@enevive.com to check.
