How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and resaon for return.
Follow the return instructions that will be email replied to you.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
For defective or damaged products, contact us immediately upon delivery for expedited support.
If you need more time due to unique circumstances, please contact our support team - we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when we made the error.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition.
All original packing, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Returns must include proof of purchase (order number/email).
Exchanges
If you want an exchange (different color or model):
Initiate a return and reorder your desired item.
If available, we may offer a direct exchange instead of a refund; email support@enevive.com to check.
